I recently got introduced to the power of crystals by my world-class athlete cousin, TJ Curry, who uses them to help keep his energy aligned for his training and big tournaments. He also introduced me to a channel on YouTube called Spirit Science which has a TON of interesting short videos explaining a good variety of energy and metaphysical related topics. I’m excited to start using more of this knowledge to combine with my hypnotherapy training and experience to help clients even more.
